I called Element on Wednesday afternoon when I realized my water heater wasn’t working and was leaking. They came out in 1 hour which was incredible! Right away they knew... They arrived early afternoon and got us a new, working water heater in a few hours! They cleaned up really well and were super professional. The plumbers that worked on our heater were called Robert and Joey and I’d recommend them for any plumbing work! The other thing that I was thankful for is that their quote actually matched what we paid!
